Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Free shipping on all orders over €50.
All orders are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Lost or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at wisebornstore@proton.me and we will resend or issue a full refund.
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Customs & duties For orders outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
